Local NWA Black Friday/Small Business Saturday Deals
Are you starting your Christmas list and want some great gift ideas? In this episode of Naturally NWA, I’m going to highlight a few local retailers that are offering deals on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday this year. We’ll visit a variety of shops here in Northwest Arkansas to give you a good idea of what gifts they have to offer.
Gearing Up For The Holidays
Isn’t it hard to believe that 2022 is almost over? It seems like just yesterday we were all dying in the crazy 100-degree weather we had early this summer. Now, as everyone is hopped up on pumpkin spice, we’re starting to look forward to every introvert’s worst nightmare: Black Friday Christmas shopping.
Here at Naturally NWA, we love supporting local businesses. Because of that, I wanted to highlight a few local retailers who are offering deals on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday this year. Our first stop is a great little spot in Historic Downtown Rogers: Dandy Roll.
Dandy Roll
Dom Smith is the owner of Dandy Roll, a modern mercantile that offers plenty of cool stuff. As Dom says, they’ve got a little bit of something for everyone or a lot of stuff for one person. He and his wife try to be a values-based brand, so all of their products fit in with a specific brand value that they find to be important.
Black Friday and Small Business Saturday are great opportunities to come out and shop small and local. Dandy Roll is offering 10% off on Black Friday and 15% off storewide on Small Business Saturday. Plus, for every $50 you spend, you get a $10 coupon. They’re also going to be doing some fun giveaways and surprises, so it’s an exciting time to come check this place out.

Our next stop is Happy State Co. located on Main Street in Bentonville. You might remember this local brand and the owner, Bobby, from the Farmer’s Market video I did before. They have the coolest designs, mostly based on Northwest Arkansas themes and whatever’s going on locally.
The brand started 10 years ago to offer apparel and accessories for people of all ages. It’s a fun blend of local and pop culture that would make a perfect gift for anyone on your list. This year on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday, any piece of apparel is $5 off—and there’s no limit.
The Bentonville Mercantile
The Bentonville Mercantile is located on Second Street right off the historic Downtown Bentonville Square. The owner, Summer, also owns the Fayetteville Mercantile, both full of great products. The Bentonville Mercantile features 60 local makers in the shop, including several artists, jewelry makers, woodworkers, and more.
Products offered also include local jam and local honey. The store offers an amazing variety, letting you pick something for anybody on your Christmas list. On Black Friday and Small Business Saturday this year, they’re going to offer 15% off the entire store. Make sure you come down and check them out!
