Single Family Home Sales in Benton and Washington Counties
At the time of this post, there are 892 active single family homes listed in Benton county, 1066 homes pending, and 544 homes were sold in the last 30 days. Homes sold for an average of $399,033 and were on the market an average of 21 days before going pending. In Washington County, we have 493 active single family homes on the market with 559 pending and 314 sold in the last 30 days. The average sale price was $383,916 after spending 31 days on the market before going pending.
