Benton County
First, let’s look at what’s happening in Benton County. At the time of this post, there were 1,136
active single-family homes listed for sale in Benton County. 712 homes are pending, and 415 single-
family homes have sold in the last 30 days.
Homes sold for an average of $406,250 and were on the market for an average of 29 days.
Washington County
In Washington County, we currently have 522 active single-family homes on the market. Of those, 410
are pending and 231 sold in the last 30 days. The average sale price was $400,240 after spending an
average of 35 days on the market.
